Research areas

The main interest of the research team involves amorphous materials, and more specifically thin films. The research focuses on advanced thin films deposition techniques, for example pulsed laser deposition or radio-frequency magnetron sputtering. Thin films are prepared specifically for functional materials and structures that can be used in photonics, sensors etc.
